The youth team won 4-2 at home to Burton Albion on Saturday with Brandon Bradbury scoring twice.
Brandon converted an early penalty to put the young Spireites ahead before the visitors rallied to take a 2-1 lead going into the break.
Javanne Smith equalised before Bradbury scored his second of the match to put Chesterfield back in front.
Chad Gibson added a fourth late on and Bradbury went close to completing his hat-trick with a 25-yard effort which was well saved by the Burton keeper.
Coach Lee Walshaw gave his thoughts on the performance, saying: "The lads started really well but then conceded two sloppy goals so we were 2-1 down at half time.
"They kept believing and carried out the instructions that were in the game plan. The lads worked really hard and played some good football in difficult conditions.
"We came good in the second half and finished really strongly so it was a fully deserved victory."
