Paige Singleton turned on the edge of the box and slotted in Amy Townsend who made a forward run from out wide to slot home and make it 3-1 going into the break.
The Spireites came out in the second half looking to extend their lead but Arnold defended well and tried to limit the number of shooting opportunities.
Youngster Courtney Caunt came on to replace Ami Buzzeo on the hour-mark and nearly got her name on the scoresheet but her shot just went over the bar.
With ten minutes left to play, a beautifully timed run from Kel Fidler saw here create herself some space at the back post and she smashed home to give the Spireites their fourth and seal the victory.
