A Spireites XI will be making the short trip to Staveley Miners Welfare on Tuesday night (7.30pm) for a friendly fixture.
Caretaker-manager John Pemberton is expected to cast his eye over a few senior players who have not featured in the first team lately.
Pemberton said before the planned friendly at Ilkeston Town last Tuesday - which had to be called-off due to a waterlogged pitch - that he intended to include some fringe members of the squad.
The Spireites faced Staveley in an entertaining pre-season friendly which finished 4-4.
Admission at Inkersall Road will cost £2/1 with kids admitted free.
