Two volunteers are required to assist the club’s staff on matchdays.
In order to improve the level of service offered on matchdays, support is needed in the reception area, welcoming hospitality guests to the club and issuing them with their tickets.
Chief executive Graham Bean explained: “We have unfortunately lost a number of members of staff in recent months so we are seeking assistance from supporters who would like to help the club in this way.”
Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, although not essential.
Volunteers will be engaged on a rotational basis so attendance at every home match will not be required.
