Paul Tattersall has today returned to the Proact Stadium as head chef.
Commenting on his appointment, Paul said: “I had a thoroughly enjoyable time during my previous stint at the stadium and I am delighted to be returning.
"I’m really looking forward to the new season and working at all the upcoming events, when we’ll be putting out more of the fantastic food the Proact is renowned for!"
Madeleine Griffin, the head of conference & banqueting at the stadium, said: “I am looking forward to working with Paul, who was a very popular figure during his previous spell with us.
"Paul’s return will be welcomed by colleagues and customers alike, ensuring that the high conference & banqueting standards set at the stadium are maintained.”
