Chesterfield Football Club have vacancies for part-time academy coaches to work within the Category 3 academy, working within the framework laid out by the academy management team alongside the club and academy philosophy.
People are required with the desire to work within the academy with integrity, compassion, pride and honesty, with a desire to continuously improve themselves and those around them.
Applicants should be hard working, committed and accountable for the way they work with the players under their stewardship.
Chesterfield FC ask all their players to embrace challenges and coaches should be no different. Passionate coaches are required who can innovate within the structure of the coaching syllabus to ensure all players reach their full potential.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for fully qualified UEFA B licence coaches on a part-time basis. The academy is forward thinking and has a strong desire to produce players from the local area to play in the first team.
Successful applicants will be required to plan, record, review and implement coaching sessions that complement the Chesterfield FC coaching programme. They will also be asked to oversee all aspects of the games programme, home and away, for their assigned squad whilst writing six-weekly reports on all players within that age group.
Understanding and previous working knowledge of the PMA system.

Salary - £25 per session. £35 Games Programme fixture (UEFA B)
Location – Training with phase at St George’s Park Sheffield Graves and Games Programme at Warminster Road, Sheffield
Contract Type - Fixed-term (Part-time)
Reporting to: Youth Phase Lead/Head of Coaching
Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday evenings and Sunday mornings. Depending on Phase age group.
