Martin Allen says that he and his staff cannot lose their self-belief and their confidence as they work to bring about an improvement in results.
Speaking to the media ahead of Saturday's game at home to Dover Athletic, Martin said: "We had a long session yesterday at my house with Carl Muggleton and Adrian Whitbread.
"There's no room for sulking and moaning and blaming everybody else. We have to review all the work that we've done. We have to review our team selections and our substitutions and we have to be harsh on each other, first and foremost.
"We analyse everything that we've done, to be honest, but we're good coaches and good managers and we've been successful with what we do. At the end of last season, we had a fantastic run, doing what we're doing now, really.
"We had a lot of wins in a very short space of time and we turned round a team that had been losing week in, week out into a really, really good team, with good organisation, good coaching and good training.
"With the group now, we're doing the same sort of training sessions. We can't lose our self-belief and our confidence. We're good people and we're good at our jobs."
