Good morning.
This morning, before his flight home, I have agreed that our youth-team analyst, Dan Evans, will be promoted to the role of first-team match analyst, while still undertaking some of his duties with the academy.
He was absolutely overjoyed when I rang him earlier and no doubt he will have the biggest smile on his face of everyone on that aeroplane coming home from Malaga.
It is great news to have a local lad who is fresh, young and willing to learn. He is a great addition to our team.
