The youth team rounded off their EFL Youth Alliance North East campaign with a 3-2 victory away at York City this afternoon.
The result was a third successive win for the Spireites, whose matchday squad featured two members of the club's U14s, and also four U15 players.
York took the lead in the first half, before Robbie Foster calmly converted a cross from Brandon Howard to ensure the two teams went in level at the break.
Foster then grabbed his second of the game, when he latched onto Josh Tuner's pass and fired past the goalkeeper with a left-footed effort, before the Minstermen levelled with just minutes remaining.
However, U14s player Nathan Moss then won the game for the Spireites in dramatic fashion, heading in Mitchell Clogg's cross, after earlier good play from Jack Moore-Billam and Jack Holmes.
Chesterfield XI vs York City: Marris; Howard, Sharman, Willock, Render (C); Walker, Holmes, Turner; Rawson, Foster, Russ.
