Following relegation from the EFL and the departure of chief executive Michael Dunford, the club has now completed its internal re-structure.
The club continues to adjust to the National League, with relegation resulting in a reduction in staff and general cost-cutting being undertaken in every department.
Paul Roberts will head up the general office including ticketing, commercial, conference and banqueting and retail.
Any ticketing and access issues are backed up by SBK Computers Ltd.
Nigel Smith will oversee football administration, stadium, health and safety and media.
John Croot will continue to oversee safeguarding and equalities for the club.
Jill Kellett will continue to be responsible for purchase and sales ledger and banking.
Tammy Butler is responsible for payroll, employment and Spire Lotto.
Steve Coe will continue to oversee the academy.
