Shrewsbury Town loanee Zak Jules, hopes he can help the Spireites to promotion, while gaining vital game time on loan at the Proact.
The 6’3 defender learned yesterday of Chesterfield’s interest and jumped at the chance to move on loan in search of games.
Jules said: “I just want to play as much football as I can and continue to develop and improve as much as I can, I believe I can do so here.”
The former Motherwell man describes himself as fast and good on the ball, while he can also provide the midfield with support.
While at Fir Park, Jules experienced tough situations and knows how to grind out results.
Looking ahead to the visit of Coventry City, the 20-year old remarked: “A club like Chesterfield shouldn’t be in the situation we’re in now; I want to help us get back to League One.
“Coventry are another big club, it will be a difficult game; there are no easy games in this league, it will be tough, physical and I wouldn’t expect anything less.”
