Chief executive Michael Dunford has expressed a desire to meet with supporters on a monthly basis, to discuss any issues or concerns that they have surrounding the club.
The open surgeries are one of a number of initiatives that he will be bringing to his new role, as he looks to improve the line of communication between the football club and its supporters.
“We have to communicate with people and the supporters to tell them what is happening,” he told iFollow.
“Not everybody wants to stand up in an open forum and tell people about their issues and concerns, I’ve tried it at previous clubs and it’s worked well.
“Once a month we’ll have an open surgery where people can make an appointment to come and see me, have a coffee and talk about their individual concerns.
“It’s worked well in the past and I don’t see any reason why it shouldn’t work equally well here.”
