Spireites fan Chris Hough is joining a group of Mansfield Town supporters on a charity walk from Chesterfield to Mansfield on Saturday.
The walk has been organised by Mansfield fan Mick Edge and his son Nathan.
Nathan, 23, is blind and relies on his guide dog Hudson so some of the money raised from the walk will go to the Guide Dogs charity.
Money will also go to the Alzheimer’s Society as Spireites legend Ernie Moss and former Stag Kevin Bird are both suffering from dementia.
The walkers will set off from the Proact at 7am for the 16.7-mile walk to the One Call Stadium and arrive in time for the 1pm kick-off in the derby match.
Any supporters interested in joining the walk can contact Mick by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a £10 registration fee and sponsorship forms can be provided.
