Curtis Morrison's loan spell at Matlock Town has been extended until the end of the season.
The young forward joined the Gladiators on a youth loan last September and returned for a second spell at the club on a similar deal in January.
Morrison graduated from Chesterfield's academy, signing his first professional contract last summer. He made his senior debut as a substitute in the EFL Cup tie at Rochdale in August and also made an appearance in the league game at Shrewsbury Town later that month.
The 19-year-old is set to remain at Matlock until May 6, although Chesterfield do have the option of a 24-hour recall.
