Following recent feedback received from supporters, a new email address has been created to make it easier for people to alert the club about matters that need to be addressed.
If there is a problem with ticketing, for example, or a TV is not working on one of the stadium concourses, please email the club via firstname.lastname@example.org.
The issue raised will be passed on to the relevant department and the appropiate action will then be taken.
Director & company secretary Ashley Carson said: "As a club, we never buy a ticket or order a shirt online and so never really test our systems.
"The fans are the ones at the front end, so please contact us and help improve the service provided by the club for everyone."
