The Spireites have secured two more players on loan, signing Manchester City striker David Faupala and Preston midfielder Liam Grimshaw to complete a quartet of deadline day signings.
Faupala is a 19-year-old Frenchman who joined City from Lens in 2015. He scored on his debut against Chelsea in the FA Cup last February.
Grimshaw, 21, was with Manchester United as a youngster before joining Preston for an undisclosed fee a year ago.
Before leaving Old Trafford, he made 16 appearances on loan at Scottish club Motherwell.
Grimshaw has made seven appearances for Preston this term, the last of which came against Brighton earlier this month.
Subject to the necessary paperwork going through, both players are due to spend the remainder of the season with Chesterfield.
Earlier in the day, Birmingham City midfielder Reece Brown and Osman Kakay, a right-back from QPR, were also signed on loan until the end of the season.
One outgoing deal completed so far on deadline day has seen Liam O'Neil move to Cambridge United for an undisclosed fee.
