As part of continuous improvements to the ticketing system at the Proact, there will be some major upgrades on Wednesday with some preparation work by Toptix undertaken before then.
Director & club secretary Ashley Carson explained: "All clubs using Toptix are being moved over one by one to their new servers, as well as new features in the new version which we are going to use in the future.
"The phone system will also be upgraded over the coming week to include the new options and new voiceover. It will be upgraded to the latest version of software and voicemail to email, meaning that when messages are left, the recipient will also receive an email with the message attached.
"There will also be a lot of staff training over the next few weeks, focusing on not only the functionality of the new system, but also on customer relationship training.
"I would ask for your patience and understanding, as there will undoubtedly be some minor disruptions and maybe a couple of days when the office will be closed for full staff training.
"The end result will be a much improved service and experience for the customer."
Supporters are advised that on Wednesday, the ticket office will only be able to sell tickets for Saturday's game at Notts County. The online ticket facility will not be available that day.
