After the FA Youth Cup first round success over Walsall on Thursday night, a much younger Spireites side will host York City on Saturday.
The game kicks-off at 11am at Clay Cross Town FC, with supporters welcomed along, and will be comprised mainly of first-year scholars and players from the under 16 academy side.
"It's a quick turnaround," explained academy manager Mark Smith of the fixture. "A lot of the players who were involved in the FA Youth Cup game won't be there and it will be a young side made up mainly of the under 16s and the first-year scholars.
"It's a good opportunity to have a look at the younger players and see how they#'re able to cope and play in a competitive game.
"We feel there are a few potential scholars to have a look at and this York match gives them the chance to impress us."
