An Armistice Day ceremony will take place in the Memorial Garden at the Proact on Friday afternoon.
The event, which starts at 1pm, will be attended by the first-team players and management staff.
Sergeant Daniel Smith from the Mercian Regiment is also attending the ceremony, which is open to everyone.
Wreaths from the club and the Community Trust will be laid, along with wreaths from the PK Group and Boxing4Heroes, as the 17 former Spireites who died in the wars of the last century are remembered.
Tea and coffee will be available in the Ernie Moss Room in The HUB after the ceremony.
Meanwhile, to mark Remembrance Day on Sunday, forces personnel will lead the teams out for the game against Sheffield United and wreaths will be placed either side of the matchball before kick-off.
The Last Post will be played by Mick Bellfield from the Bakewell Band before a minute's silence is observed. The two captains will then place the wreaths behind their respective goal nets.
Images of poppies will adorn the players' shirts and the matchball.
