Better still, any new members can enjoy their first Soccercise session for free, with classes from 7-8pm every Monday evening in The HUB (except tonight, a bank holiday!).
After your free trial session, classes cost £2 a week and all women over the age of 14 are encouraged along to these active female-only sessions.
Keith Jackson from the Community Trust explained further about the classes: "Soccercise is a female-only exercise class that takes place at The HUB at the Proact. It's a way of introducing women to football, for people who have never kicked a ball before.
"It's also an exercise class that combines football, aerobics and dance. Lead by our coach Lauren Speed - who has qualification in all of those things - she puts on a fun session done to music.
"For example, you might do a lunge exercise, but you'll do it with a football in your hands, or you may be jumping over a football, or the warm up may be a game of handball where you're moving your feet with a ball involved, but you don't have to be a footballer to try it.
"The whole reasoning behind Soccercise is to try and get women over 14 to try using a ball within an exercise class and as a great way to have fun and keep fit. At the end of the sessions people will be leaving tired, sweaty but most importantly with a smile on their faces."
