The 11pm deadline has passed, the transfer window is closed until January and the Spireites now know what their squad will look like for the rest of 2016.

Proact Ins

It was a warm welcome back for defender Tom Anderson, who returns to Chesterfield on loan for the rest of the season from Burnley, looking to add to the 18 appearances he made for us last season.

The second incoming followed in the evening with 21-year-old striker Conor Wilkinson joining the Spireites on loan until January from Bolton Wanderers.

Proact Outs

The first Spireite to say a temporary goodbye on Deadline Day was Curtis Morrison; the young attacker heading to Gainsborough Trinity looking for some first-team experience for an initial 28 days.

Defender Charlie Raglan has made the move to Oxford United on loan until January, in a deal made during the evening.

Later still, striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake also left the club just 30 minutes shy of the deadline with Shrewsbury Town the destination for SEB until January.

Proact Neither In Nor Outs

The major ongoing story of the Spireites' transfer window has ended with inaction: Gboly Ariyibi has stayed with Chesterfield, with the club standing firm and turning down a number of offers from Championship sides for the winger.
