After having his six-game stay with Bury cut short last week midfielder Dan Gardner now has the Shakers in his crosshairs ahead of Saturday's crunch Proact match.
The match (3pm kick-off) has been declared as True Blue Day, with Spireites supporters able to purchase tickets for just £10/5, further details here.
Gardner spoke about his experience at Gigg Lane: "It was good to be there and get some game time, the travelling wasn't as far for me either, but it's good to be back here now and I'm looking to get some time on the pitch here before the end of the season.
"I feel fine and ready to play whenever I might be called on, I feel as though I'm playing well back here in training and ready to go."
With a win over Bury needed to confirm the Spireites' place in Sky Bet League 1 for the 2016/17 campaign, Gardner says that some of his team-mates have been asking for some double-agent advice for information on Saturday's visitors.
"A few of the lads have asked me about them and what they like to do," he said. "But mainly you're just worrying about yourself. If we turn up on Saturday I think we'll win, so that's our aim.
"The gaffer's not said much to me, just that he's looking for me to make an impact and help the team get safe, with this big match coming up on Saturday."
