After receiving his marching orders in Saturday's Barnsley win, winger Jamal Campbell-Ryce has been given a one-game suspension.

Campbell-Ryce picked up to bookings in quick succession with ten minutes remaining and will miss this Saturday's match with his parent club Sheffield United.

Speaking about the incident after Saturday's match, boss Danny Wilson shared his frustrations: "We get so annoyed because of the inconsistency.

"Their player had just booted a ball over the stand before and the referee let him off. Jamal just toe-poked a ball away and got a yellow card for it, there's no consistency.

"For the second, maybe it's a yellow card foul, but the referee's put himself under pressure to send him off and that could have cost us the game."
