The all-new and all-white Spireites away shirt for the 2016/17 season was unveiled for the first time at half time in Saturday's League One match with Bury.

Modelled by Spireites defender Sam Hird, the strip comprises of a white shirt with a blue off-centre stripe and blue trimmings, with blue shorts and white socks.

After his session in the photo studio Hird gave feedback on his latest item of kit: "First things first, the players all really like it, and it has a matching style to the blue home shirt, which is good.

"It's a smart kit and one you can easily imagine the lads wearing on the road next season - let's hope that that will still be in League One and we can have a similar season of picking up decent points away from home."

The availability and sale dates of both the home and away shirts will be released in due course.
