Spireites defender Ian Evatt is clear to play against Southend United on Tuesday after the FA confirmed he had not been cautioned in Saturday's game at Walsall.

The experienced defender - who had picked up four yellow cards before Saturday's trip to Banks's Stadium - was put down as having a yellow card in certain media outlets after the game.

However, after discussions between the club and the FA, match referee Chris Kavanagh was able to confirm an administrative error, with his report mistakenly giving Sam Morsy's yellow card to Evatt.

With the issue now resolved, Evatt is free to play against Southend United on Tuesday night.
