From today we have the first in a new series of weekly features coming to YouTube every Wednesday during the off season: Alas Mick and Jeff. The videos feature club stalwarts Mick Beddingham and Jeff Hall talking over current events and Chesterfield memories in the own unique style.
For those who don't know the legendary Spireites pair, here is some information about the two of them and their tireless work for the football club.
Mick, 74, is a Spireites supporter who attends every home match at the Proact, but through the years he has also worked hard to raise much-needed funds for the youth team at the club.
He travels to all the youth team matches with the staff and players to work as a volunteer and in November last year he was awarded the nationwide Sky Bet Fan of the Month Award to mark his loyalty to the Spireites.
Jeff, 75, is currently a Spire Lotto agent, raising money for the club by selling Spire Lotto tickets, as well as being a matchday steward - where he helps look after the Proact Stadium car park.
In the past Jeff has sold programmes at Saltergate, helped the club in numerous ways and was awarded the Football League's inaugural Fan of the Year Award in 2006.
Now, with 149 years of life experience together good friends Mick and Jeff join together to do what they do best: talk Spireites. Alas Mick and Jeff.
