In the second and final part of our 2014 photographic review we pick out the highlights as the Spireites made their return to the third tier.1-3 - Midfielder Sam Morsy is named player of the year at the end of season gala, while on the same evening Zoe Edge wins the inaugural fan of year award.
4-11 - The championship-winning players and staff enjoy their civic reception at Chesterfield Town Hall, as well as a bus ride through town.
13 - Club legend Jack Lester returns to the Proact Stadium to speak at a packed Senior Spireites lunch.
14-21 - Sir Tom Jones and Tinie Tempah created two almighty parties at the Proact in June.
22 - Sam Morsy signs a new contract with the club to commit his future to the Spireites.
23 - All the fun of the fair arrived at the Proact Stadium in the summer.
24 - Having drawn 2-2 with Leeds United in a prestigious pre-season friendly, defender Liam Cooper was sold to the Yorkshire club before the start of the season.
25 - Chesterfield's new business group 'Club 66' was launched in August 2014.
26 - The Spireites kicked-off their Proact Stadium League 1 campaign with a 2-1 win at Rochdale back in August.
27 - The Community Trust announced their junior award winners.
28 - Forward Sam Clucas signs for the Spireites, arriving from rivals Mansfield Town.
29-31 - Eoin Doyle wins the Sky Bet League 1 player of the month award after back-to-back hat-tricks against Scunthorpe United and in the amazing recovery at Preston North End.
32 - Jesse McClure, star of TV's Storage Hunters, visits the Proact Stadium and meets players and fans.
33-36 - The Chesterfield FC Memorial Garden opens at the Proact Stadium, the first garden of it's type in the country.
37-39 - Chesterfield beat local rivals Sheffield United 3-2 at a sold-out Proact, and after Tommy Lee was sent off teenage goalkeeper Myles Wright came on to make a dramatic league debut.
32 - Remembrance Day was commemorated in a ceremony at the Memorial Garden.
40 - Mick Beddingham deservedly wins the Sky Bet League 1 Fan of the Month for October.
41 - Eoin Doyle's tremendous goal-scoring form continued, the Irishman ending 2014 with a magnificent 30 goals in the calender year.
42-43 - The Spireites win their FA Cup second round match 1-0 at MK Dons, but are forced to replay the game after it emerged defender Georg Margreitter was ineligible to play in the match.
44 - Further illustrating the Spireites' enviable support, Lesley Brentnall was named November's Sky Bet League 1 fan of the month.
45 - The first team squad visited Chesterfield Royal Hospital to meet the patients and give presents to the children there over Christmas.
46-48 - The year ended on a home high with a 3-2 win over Peterborough United, avenging the Wembley defeat earlier in the year.
All the players and staff at Chesterfield FC wish all the supporters the best and most successful of years in 2015, and we look forward to cheering the Spireites on to success together.
