Where can I buy my 2015/16 season ticket?
You can renew your current Season Ticket or buy a new one online at or at the club’s
Ticket office or by telephone on 01246 209765 ext. 4000

What is the Early Bird deadline?
17th May 2015. All supporters who purchase a Season Ticket by this date are guaranteed to pay the lowest price.

Can I buy a Season Ticket from the 18th May 2015?
No, there will be a short break until the 26th May 2015 before Season Ticket go back on general sale where there will be an increase in price, hence it is beneficial to purchase before the Early Bird deadline to receive the maximum discount.

How long do I have to renew my current seat?
All current Season Ticket holders seats will remain on reserve until the 16th May 2015. If you have not renewed your seat by this date, your
seat will go on general sale from the 26tth May 2015.

Can I receive any discount on my season ticket?
By joining the Spire Lotto now and by paying by standing order at just £1 per week, when you renew your season ticket, 5% will be deducted from your price.

What is the Spire Lotto?
Spire Lotto offers all supporters the chance to win weekly prizes and the chance of winning up to £10,000. You will also receive 5% off purchases in the club shop.

Can I buy a match day programme subscription with my Season Ticket?
Yes, you can buy a subscription for all 23 Sky Bet League One games at the same time when you purchase your match day programme or spread the cost of your match day programme subscription with
the cost of your season ticket over 10 months with Zebra Finance.

What payment options are available?
Supporters can pay at the time of purchase by cash, cheque, credit or debit cards.

Can I pay on a monthly instalment plan?
You can spread the cost of your payment over ten months  with Zebra Finance (please see or call for further details).

Supporters should note that suitability checks are made during the application process.

Who are Zebra Finance?
Zebra Finance are one of the largest providers of season ticket finance in the UK and have been offering professional football & its supporters this facility since 1997.
This is the second year running that Chesterfield Football Club and Zebra Finance have teamed up to offer this facility.

What happens if I miss a payment?
Zebra Finance will contact you to arrange an alternative form of payment. If a payment is missed and not paid within 14 days, the Season Ticket card may be cancelled, no entry will be allowed into the ground and no refunds will be made on payments made.

What are the various cut-off points for concessionary tickets?
Juveniles  must be within the given age bracket (under 7 or under 16) on 31st July 2016.

Concessions (senior citizens) 65 years of age or over on the 31st July 2015. 
Concessions (17 years old & 18 years old) 18 years of age or under on the 31st July 2016.
You are asked to contact the ticket office who will assist with your transaction at the concessions rate (this is not available online).

Supporters purchasing a concession Season Ticket must remain in that category throughout the season as proof of concession will be subject to random checks on match days. If your status should change
mid-season, you will need to visit the ticket office at the Proact Stadium to upgrade your Season Ticket.

If a supporter who is a concession Season Ticket holder cannot prove their eligibility at any requested time, their Season Ticket will be cancelled with no refund given.

What confirmation will I receive once I book my Season Ticket?
If you book online, you will receive email confirmation. Supporters who book in the Ticket Office will be issued with a receipt and those who book by telephone will have their receipt sent 
out by post if requested.

Will I receive a new Season Ticket card or should I continue to use my current card?
Supporters who are renewing their seat and remaining in the same age category will keep the same card. Those who move seats, change age category or are new purchasers will have
cards ready for collection from the Ticket Office only unless special delivery postage is paid (£6).

What if I lose or damage my Season Ticket card?
If you lose or damage your Season Ticket card, Chesterfield Football Club is not obliged to provide a replacement card but should you choose to replace the card, a fee of £20 will be charged.
