Sky Bet Midweek Preview

27 October 2014

There are two matches midweek in League One, and Sky Bet preview the games and offer their odds for them.

Chesterfield v Swindon Town
Chesterfield are marginal favourites (7/5) with Football League sponsors Sky Bet heading into their Tuesday night clash with Swindon Town.
The Robins are 17/10 to take all three points from the Proact Stadium, with the draw 12/5.
Chesterfield, without a win in their last four league outings, have lost three of those games by one goal and Swindon are 7/2 to edge the spoils by a single goal.
Spireites striker Eoin Doyle leads the goalscoring charts in the division with 14 to his name already and is 4/1 to net first and even-money any time on Tuesday.
Swindon’s Michael Smith isn’t too far behind having notched eight thus far and he’s 9/2 to break the deadlock.
Top Tip: Both teams to score at 8/13

Leyton Orient v Preston North End
Preston North End (6/4) edge market favouritism with Sky Bet ahead of their trip to Leyton Orient on Tuesday night.
The O’s, who recently appointed former QPR defender Mauro Milanese as their new manager, are 13/8 to get the better of high-flying Preston.
Simon Grayson’s Lilywhites arrive on the back of a seven-match winning run and have found the net in every game of the season so far.
Orient have drawn six of their 14 games thus far and a 1-1 draw is favourite in the correct score market at 11/2.
Preston’s Joe Garner has 10 goals to his name and heads the first scorer betting at 4/1.
Top Tip: Joe Garner to score first at 4/1
