The club's AGM will be held in The Hub at the Proact Stadium on Thursday, starting at 7pm.

All shareholders are welcome to attend the meeting, which is taking place in the multi-purpose hall on the first floor in The Hub.

The meeting provides shareholders with an opportunity to pose questions to the club's hierarchy. Chairman Dave Allen and directors will be in attendance, together with chief executive Chris Turner and manager Paul Cook.

Bottled beers and soft drinks will be available to purchase and there will also be hot drinks and snacks on sale in the cafe on the ground floor.

There will be an opportunity for those who have not previously visited The Hub to view the excellent facilities on offer, including Chester's Den play centre and Spireites Sport & Health Club. The Memorial Garden is also at that side of the stadium.

It will not be possible for the club to provide coverage of the meeting via Spireites Player. Regular updates will, however, be available via Twitter.

Meanwhile, director & company secretary Ashley Carson is keen to update the club's database of shareholders after some shareholders packs were returned marked 'gone away'.

Carson said: "We think it is important the shareholders database is kept up-to-date so, if your name is on the following list, it would be appreciated if you could email me with your current address."
