Chesterfield's on loan centre back, Georg Margreitter, will likely be missing for the rest of the month after picking up a hamstring strain.

The injury occurred in the latter stages of the 0-0 draw with Yeovil Town on Saturday, when the Austrian surged forwards and felt the strain in his left leg.

Club physio Rodger Wylde has diagnosed the injury as a grade one or two hamstring strain and the player will return to parent club Wolverhampton Wanderers for an ultrasound scan this Friday.

All being well, Margreitter will then return to the Proact Stadium to begin his rehabilitation work.

The loan spell of the 25 year-old is set to end on December 13, and it's hoped that Margreitter will be back in action around the start of December.
