Fans flocked to Chesterfield Town Hall on Monday night to see the Spireites players and management staff appear on the balcony at the end of a victory parade.
Following an open-top bus tour from the Proact Stadium to the town centre, the players and management staff were welcomed into the Town Hall.
They were introduced onto the balcony and Paul Cook, Ian Evatt, Ritchie Humphreys and Sam Morsy took part in brief interviews.
A civic reception was then hosted by Chesterfield Borough Council, which was attended by various guests.
The Chesterfield Mayor, Councillor Paul Christopher Stone, proposed a toast to the Spireites before a crystal ornament was presented to the club.
Club officials would like to thank Chesterfield Borough Council for their hospitality.
