The countdown to the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final will intensify next week when a trophy tour is staged in Chesterfield ahead of the trip to Wembley.The Johnstone's Paint Trophy team will take to the road to capture all the excitement surrounding the club ahead of the big day on Sunday, March 30.
Fans will have the chance to meet players and other representatives from the club, as well as having their picture taken with the coveted Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Giveaways aplenty will also be staged, with tickets for the final, replica balls and Johnstone's Paint goodies all up for grabs.
The first event will be staged on Wednesday, March 19 at The Range on Lordsmill Street, from 12.30pm to 2pm before the fun moves on to the Johnstone's Decorating Centre at the Vanguard Trading Estate from 4pm to 6pm.
On Thursday, March 20, the Johnstone's Paint Trophy team will make an early appearance on Peak FM's breakfast show from 8am before they hit the streets of Chesterfield to take in local efforts to 'paint the town blue'.
The fun and giveaways then move on to the Market Hall, where Chesterfield players will join the crowds at the event being staged from 3pm to 5pm.
