The Spireites will make a return to action on Saturday when they make the short trip across Derbyshire to face Buxton.
The players have been in training this week and they will have another session on the morning of the match.
All the available senior players are expected to feature at some point in the match with wholesale changes planned at half-time.
Ollie Banks, Tommy Lee and Aaron Chapman will all be missing as they recover from their respective injuries, while new signing Charlie Dawes is a doubt after a bout of tonsillitis.
Drew Talbot is expected to be fit enough to feature and Ritchie Humphreys may also be given a run-out.
With Lee and Chapman unavailable, an un-named young keeper is set to turn out in goal while a Swedish midfielder, who has been training with the squad, is also likely to feature.
The game will give fans their first opportunity to see new recruits Daniel Jones and Charlie Raglan in action.
Admission to the game costs £9 for adults and £6 for concessions. Under-14s can gain admission for free if accompanied by a full paying adult, otherwise they are charged £2. Programmes cost £1.
Supporters are advised that car parking spaces are limited around the Silverlands ground.
