There will be a minute's applause in memory of popular former Spireites player Arthur Bellamy before the game against Bristol Rovers.

Arthur, who passed away recently at the age of 71, joined Chesterfield from Burnley for a then club-record £10,000 fee in 1972.

He spent four seasons at Saltergate and made 133 league appearances for the club before retiring from playing.

Arthur returned to Burnley in 1979 as part of the coaching staff and later joined the ground staff, taking on the role of head groundsman until his retirement in 2007.
