A new phone system is to be installed at the Proact Stadium after problems experienced by people trying to contact the club in recent weeks.A full survey was undertaken of the current system, which was installed when the stadium opened. The results of the survey prompted the board to take the decision to replace the entire system.
Director Ashley Carson said: "The current system is simply not fit for purpose as it is totally unreliable. Furthermore, it is not possible to upgrade it with any confidence for The Hub in the Spencers Solicitors Community Stand.
"With an expanding business in football ticketing and particularly on the conference and banqueting side, it is vital that customers can either speak to someone or leave a message with the confidence that someone will receive it and quickly respond."
Highlander, the company now responsible for maintaining the club's IT system, have responded very efficiently and will be installing the new system over the next two to three weeks. This will see a very modern, easy-to-use, upgradeable system in place at the Proact.
We apologise for the problems experienced recently and provide the assurance we will do our utmost to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
