The deadline has been extended for season ticket holders to claim their seats for next Saturday's FA Cup tie at home to Daventry Town.
Problems with the club's phone system on Friday meant that fans were unable to contact the ticket office. The credit/debit card machine was also affected by the technical hitch.
As a result, season ticket holders now have until 5pm on Monday to claim their seats. Tickets will also be on sale to membership card holders on Monday.
Seats that have not been allocated to season ticket holders are available on general sale with immediate effect. Any remaining tickets will go on general sale at 9am on Tuesday.
Chief executive Chris Turner has issued an apology to supporters who were affected by the technical problems on Friday. He said: "I'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. The phone system problems are outside influences which we are working on to resolve.
"I thank the fans for their patience and appreciate their dissatisfaction with the level of the service. I believe that our supporters deserve the best possible service and we will be working as hard as we possibly can to achieve that. I would like to take this opportunity to thank supporters for their wonderful support."
Ticket prices for the Daventry game are as follows:
Concessions (Over 65s / Ages 17-18): £8.00
Under 17: £1.00
