Chesterfield will host Scunthorpe United on Saturday in their 15th fixture of the 2013/14 League 2 campaign.

The Spireites have taken three points from six games and will be looking to get back to winning ways against The Iron after drawing consecutive games against York City and Bristol Rovers.

Chesterfield dropped to fourth place in the League 2 table after the goalless draw at the Memorial Stadium last weekend, five places and two points above Saturday's opponents Scunthorpe United.

The Iron approach this fixture having won five of their last eight games. However, their run of form hit a roadblock on Tuesday night, losing 4-1 to York City away from home.

Scunthorpe last visited the Proact Stadium in March 2012 and left resounding winners, with a brace from Jordan Robertson and goals from Josh Walker and Andy Barcham cancelling out an early Craig Westcarr goal in a 4-1 victory for The Iron.

Sam Morsy (knee) picked up an injury against Bristol Rovers and is expected to be our for a number of weeks while he receives treatment so we be unavailable against Scunthorpe.

Ollie Banks and Tendayi Darikwa are questionable for Saturday's game as they have both missed days of training this week through illness.

Eoin Doyle will serve a one-match ban against The Iron after receiving a red card in Chesterfield's last outing against Bristol Rovers.

Scunthorpe United
Brian Laws is likely to be without Niall Canavan, Matt Sparrow and David Syers.

Michael Collins and Eddie Nolan are also working their way back to full fitness and may not be available for selection on Saturday.
