Club officials have met to discuss the feedback received from the recent fans' survey.The survey was conducted in a bid to try and improve the overall service offered by the club.
As a result of the feedback discussed at the subsequent meeting, various changes will be implemented.
The club will strive to offer better service on the concourses as this was an area highlighted. The plan is to offer more child-friendly refreshments in the family areas of the stadium.
Following enquiries regarding the possibility of paying for season tickets in instalments, this matter is now being explored.
Supporters are reminded that ECash can be used to purchase a season tickets. Money can be loaded on to existing season tickets throughout the season and then used to buy a season ticket for the following season.
New features in the matchday programme are planned, including interviews with former players. More behind-the-scenes video features on Spireites Player will also be included.
In a further bid to improve the level of communication between supporters and the club, a fans' forum will be set up this summer. Members of the forum will meet with club officials on a regular basis throughout the year to discuss various issues raised.
Details on how to apply to be a member of the forum will be available shortly.
