Charity Match Mascots

Mascot places are available for the charity match between Chesterfield and Mansfield legends v OUAS TV Soap's all-star team.

This is an open invitation to children of all ages to come and spend the day as a football mascot. Activities include: Face painting, football games, tour of stadium and dressing rooms plus a visit from Hollywood heroes - characters from the film world.

At 2.30pm the mascots can walk out of the tunnel and on to the pitch hand in hand with the players. For those who are confident enough they may stay pitch-side during the game to be ball boys/girls while those not willing to stay pitch-side may return to sit with with their parents.

The game in aid of Once Upon a Smile, King's Mill Hospital Scanner Appeal and Chesterfield FC Community Trust will take place on Sunday 2 June at Glapwell FC Hall Corners Ground with kick off at 3pm. Mascots are expected to arrive at 12pm to make the most of the afternoon's activities.

All children are asked to try an raise around £50 sponsorship money from friends and family. To download a sponsorship form, click here

The dress code for the mascots is: White t-shirt (provided) and blue shorts/bottoms. We will be providing specially printed t-shirts for the children but they must bring their own blue/black shorts or trousers.

All sponsorship money should be submitted by Wednesday 29 May at the Proact Stadium and in return the mascot will be given match day t-shirt plus three Complimentary tickets for the game.
