Chesterfield FC Community Trust have plenty of summer activities for children of all ages to get involved in over the summer holidays.

The Spireites Soccer Camp runs from July 24 to August 28 at Newbold Community School from 9am to 4pm every weekday for children aged between five and 14 years old. It involves coaching from FA qualified staff running fun-filled sessions including passing, dribbling and control. 

Running at the same time will be the Spireites Activity Camp that involves playing a variety of sports including cricket, basketball, hockey, netball and football. Both camps will cost £10 per session but a five day week will cost £40.

For aspiring goalkeepers, there are sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays at Newbold Community School for those aged between seven and 15. They are held from 9am until 4pm for those who want to work on the basics and improve their goalkeeping technique.

Spireites Soccer Days will be run at Sharley Park Leisure Centre every Monday in August bar August 26 and at Dronfield Sports Centre every Tuesday that month. They will start at 9am and finish at 4pm with them costing £10 per session and they are open to anyone between five and fourteen.

For those between the ages of two and four there is the Mini Spireites Football Coaching for toddlers to receive football coaching. 

They run every Monday between August 5 and August 19 at Sharley Park, every Tuesday between August 6 and August 27 at Dronfield and every Wednesday between July 24 and August 28 at Newbold Community School. They cost £2 per session from 12pm until 1pm.

Cheerleading sessions will be held at Newbold Community School every Tuesday between July 30 and August 27 and cost £2.50. Between six and 12 year olds start at 1pm and finish at 2:30pm, whilst those thirteen and above begin at 2:30pm until 4pm.

Those who want to learn and dance, Bokwa sessions will be held at Newbold Community School every Monday between July 29 and August 26. The sessions start at 9am until 10am for those between seven and 14 and parent sessions will begin at 10am until 11am, with both costing £2.50.
