Ivorian striker Armand Gnanduillet put pen-to-paper this week on a deal that keeps him at the Proact Stadium until the end of the season.
Formerly of French side Le Havre, Armand has been playing at Poissy this season where he had scored an impressive five goals in 11 games.
The imposing striker, who stands at 6"4, will provide a physical threat for the Spireites. A side of the game Gnanduillet enjoys.
Speaking via an interpreter at his press conference, he said: "I want to score as many goals as possible and gain more experience and technique from playing in the English league.
"I like contact and I manage both feet very well. I will be very disappointed if I don't score goals."
The 20-year-old speaks little English but he insists that he is keen to learn quickly in order to make the move easier.
"I understand a bit of English but not enough to have a discussion with anybody," said the striker.
"I am going to start learning English as soon as possible or it will be very difficult."
