Paul Cook has revealed that two more players have been added to the treatment table following the Gillingham game.
The two players, who Cook didn't name, will be added to the growing list of absentees alongside Tendayi Darikwa, Armnand Gnanduillet and Sam Hird, who will serve the final game of his suspension.
Cook's squad will be stretched to its limit but the gaffer is looking for the players who come in to grasp their opportunity.
He said: “We’ve got a couple more [injuries]. The likelihood is that we’re going to be without two of the lads who started on Saturday.
“We can’t do much about that. It’ll stretch us but its football. I think sometimes the more you speak about injuries, the more they seem to come up.
“We’re just going through that little patch that everyone has. It’s football; it’s the nature of the game.
“I always think that if you’re in a squad at a football club then you’re in there for a reason. If you’re not considered good enough to play then you shouldn’t be at the club.”
