Chesterfield have extended Liam Ridehalgh’s spell on loan from Huddersfield Town for a further two months.
The 21-year-old defender has made six starts and one appearance as a substitute since joining Chesterfield last month.
He also made 20 appearances in a previous spell on loan with the Spireites last season.
Commenting on the loan extension, Chesterfield caretaker-manager Tommy Wright said: “Liam is a young player who can get better. He’s enjoyed his time here and Huddersfield clearly feel that he’ll continue to make progress with us.”
