Chesterfield have today secured a loan deal for Hull City defender Liam Cooper until December 1.
The 21-year-old is a product of Hull's youth system and has made 16 first team appearances for the Tigers.
He spent the first half of last season on loan at Huddersfield Town before being recalled by the npower Championship side in January. In the absence of the injured Jack Hobbs, Cooper became a regular in the City side towards the end of the season.
The defender scored a goal and created another from set-pieces in Hull's 4-2 reserve win over the Spireites on Tuesday afternoon.
Liam will be available to play in Chesterfield's F.A Cup First Round tie with Hartlepool on Saturday, subject to the relevant paperwork being completed in time.
