Chesterfield boss Paul Cook has been nominated for the npower League Two Manager of the Month for November.

In his first full month as new manager, Paul Cook started with a draw and a loss, but three wins in a week against Oxford United, Cheltenham Town and Plymouth Argyle propelled the Spireites up the table and within touching distance of the play-off places.

The manager is nominated alongside Southend's Paul Sturrock, who picked up an impressive 13 points from a possible 15, and Exeter boss Paul Tisdale. The Grecians picked up the same points of Chesterfield during November and claimed an impressive win away at league leaders Gillingham.

The winner will be announced on Friday, December 14 when Cook will be hoping his side can make it 5 league wins in a row against Burton Albion.
