Two goals from striker Luke Rawson, along with a Brandon Howard strike gave the youth team a 3-0 win over Hartlepool United on Saturday.
The result was a third win in succession for Miguel Llera's side, following previous victories over Doncaster Rovers and Bradford City.
Howard opened the scoring in the eighth minute, when he beat the goalkeeper with a well taken strike after latching on to Zak Walker's superb diagonal pass.
Rawson then got his first of the afternoon, when he tapped in from close range after Charlie Wakefield's effort had struck the post.
His second and the Spireites' third goal soon followed, when Rawson combined with fellow striker Levi Amantchi before slotting the ball past the advancing goalkeeper.
Several members of the side will be next in action in tomorrow's Derbyshire Senior Cup semi-final at Buxton (7.45pm). While their next league game takes place this Saturday, when they travel to Oldham Athletic (12pm).
