Hi welcome to Chesterfield Football Club's YOUNG SPIREITES my name is Ian Browse and this is your own page on the official CFC website.

The 2007/08 season will be the third year we have been running and our numbers are steadily increasing. What are the benefits of being a YOUNG SPIREITE, I hear you ask well let me tell you what you receive as a member.

• We aim to have 2 or 3 meetings at the club throughout the season, they usually happen during the school holidays - Oct half term, Christmas and either Feb half term or Easter, we hopefully get management and some of the players to attend the meetings, when you can ask them your questions we also have updates on what is happening at the club and a fun quiz which our members enjoy.

• You will receive a birthday card from the club and a Christmas card too.

• Last years Christmas cards were designed by two of our members in a competition, which we shall be running again this season.

• We have regular competitions throughout the season with CFC prizes being presented by one of the players

• There is an end of season prize draw with lots of CFC goodies up for grabs, the main one being the shirt of the player which the YOUNG SPIREITES sponsor for the season.

• You get to vote for the YOUNG SPIREITES Player of the Season and could even present him with his trophy.

  Last season's winner AARON DOWNES received his trophy from  GEORGIA BALL and ADAM HODGKINSON

(Membership runs from 1^st August each year)

Membership available from birth to 15 years.

HOW DO I JOIN?

 First you need to speak to your parents or guardians about joining, then if they agree to you becoming a member get them to fill in a membership form which can be down loaded or collected from the club shop.

Send the completed form along with the £10, to me at the address on the bottom of the form. We will then forward your certificate and membership card to you.
