Existing season ticket holders now have just one week left to renew for the all-seater b2net stadium, before they go on general sale from Monday 26 April.
They have had the chance to make a personal appointment to select a seat and buy off plan before the deadline of 7.00pm this Friday 23 April.
Any existing season ticker holders who have failed to to arrange an appointment should now attend by visiting the exective club lounge at Saltergate any day this week between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (7.00pm this Friday).
All seats are individually numbered so it is important that supporters have the opportunity to view the stand layouts in order to choose a seat of preference.
How existing season ticket holder have been able to renew
A season ticket renewal hotline ran from from Monday 29 March for one week until Friday 2 April, with a one day reprise on Wednesday 7 April, and was open each day from 10.00am to 4.00pm to book appointments at a specified time to view the seating plans in the Executive Club at Saltergate.
The first appointments commenced Monday 12 April at 12 noon and ten days had been set aside with the following times:- Monday to Friday inclusive 12 - 16 April and 19 - 23 April from 12 noon to 7.00pm each day.
This systematic approach is necessary to deal with over 2,200 existing season ticket holders and supporters are being asked to keep to their agreed appointment times.
The club is happy to accommodate those supporters who wish to continue to sit next to old friends. It is suggested that one person should collect the multiple application forms together, with the relevant payment, before making the visit and then block booking the number of required seats.
Applications for season tickets should be completed and submitted on the day of the appointment, so supporters should bring, the renewal form as posted out, relevant documentary evidence to obtain concessionary or juvenile prices, payment by cash, cheque book or credit/debit card.
It is the supporters' responsibility to bring all the necessary paperwork to ensure the season ticket transaction can be completed.
A renewal letter setting out all the details was posted out to existing season ticket holders. Ideally it had been hoped to let people view the seats in situ but this is not a practical option due to the health and safety regulations at what is still a building site at the b2net stadium.
A reminder that the CFC Board decided that there will be no price increases this year, so supporters will be able to gain admission and enjoy all the new facilities of the new b2net stadium at the same prices as this season at Saltergate.

Talking about the price freeze the Chesterfield chairman Barrie Hubbard said: "The hope is that it will not only provide a huge incentive for existing season ticket holders to renew, but will also encourage many more people of all ages to sign up for what has been called the dawn of a new age for Chesterfield FC."
