Season tickets for the 2011-12 season are still available but have now reverted to full price following the end of the special discount period.
A reminder that this next season Chesterfield Football Club is going cashless with the introduction of smart technology at the B2net Stadium.
It means that football supporters, corporate visitors, and season ticket holders will have use of a smart card e-cash facility, which will allow easy access to the stadium on match days, enable purchases to be made in the concourse refreshments bars, in the hospitality lounges, and the club superstore.
The smart cards, which initially will replace existing season ticket books, will automatically be issued to season ticket holders for the 2011-12 season. The new smart cards will also be introduced for match day ticket holders as well.
Season ticket collection details
Chesterfield season ticket holders will be able to call at the B2net Stadium to pick up their new season ticket SmartCard for 2011-12.
The new SmartCards will be ready for collection from 11.00am next Tuesday 12 July from the West Concourse South.There will also be late opening until 7.00pm on Wednesday and Thursday 13/14 July.
Season ticket holders will also get priority for the two pre-season friendlies against Coventry City on Tuesday 26 July, ko 7.45pm, and Hull City on Saturday 30 July, ko 3.00pm.
After collecting their new SmartCard, season ticket holders will then be able to get the two pre-season games uploaded at the ticket office. Admission prices are Adults £14, Concessions £10, Juveniles U14 £5.
Season ticket holders are guaranteed their own seats for the two pre-season games if purchased by Friday 15 July before tickets go on general sale from Monday 18 July.
Legends members and Vice Presidents will also be able to collect their tickets from Monday 18 July.
It's not surprising that, after winning the championship of League Two, season tickets have been literally flying out of the door this year, especially ahead of the early bird discount deadline, which was Friday 13 May 2011.
